OKA Group of companies was founded in 1981 and has since become one of the largest precast concrete manufacturers in Malaysia. 

The precast concrete products manufactured by the group are used in the drainage, sewarage, buildings and water related infrastructure works.

The Group was listed on the 2nd Board of the Bursa Malaysia in the year 2002 and was subsequently transferred to the Main Board in 2003.  As a result of the listing, the Group now has ready access to capital markets for further expansion and diversification.
